A dedication rewarded by the loyalty of the always growing number of customers and by guides, such as the Three Stars of the Michelin Guide.
An unmistakable style, alive and vital for 55 years, inaugurated in 1966 by Vittorio Cerea and his wife Bruna at the opening of the first restaurant in the centre of Bergamo.
Today, the Da Vittorio Group and its various facets are run by Bruna Cerea and her five children.

Enrico (Chicco), eldest son of Bruna and Vittorio, fell into the family pots as a child. His passion has rubbed off on him to such an extent that every free moment, starting from school vacations, has become an excuse to follow, snoop around, study the secrets of cuisines from all over the world (from Paris to Munich, from Spain to the United States). His wanderings around the planet have made him an expert and careful connoisseur of the most varied raw materials. Supported by a talent that is never self-congratulatory, he has acquired a very personal style, mixing the skills and recipes learned in his father Vittorio's kitchen with the sensitivity and technique learned over the years. His innate curiosity and desire to always put himself to the test are the secret ingredients of his cuisine.

Francesco is responsible for the external catering, public relations, development, coordination and supervision of all Da Vittorio events.
He is also director of staff, which he carefully selects.
He is the creator of the Da Vittorio Wine List, a superb selection of excellent labels from around the world, including Faber, a particularly fine red from the Cerea family's own vines.

Barbara has left her brothers in the kitchen to take care of the numerous activities that take place behind the scenes of the big stage of “Da Vittorio”. She is mainly involved in the management of process control and in the coordination of charity activities.

Rossella has left the honour (and the responsibility) of cooking to her brothers to learn the art of hospitality from her parents, the restaurant's superb owners.
It is up to her to coordinate the work of the two staffs, harmonising the rhythms of the kitchen with the service of the waiters, but also to narrate an extraordinary cheese trolley that has few rivals. Since her arrival in the new location, she has also taken over the management of La Dimora, taking care of the room furnishing and the hospitality with taste and attention, mixing professionalism and family warmth. Gift and food specialities are another of Rossella's areas of expertise: her refined gift packages and the famous Da Vittorio Christmas baskets have now reached every corner of the world.
